Nasha Mukti Suggestion Box installed at GDC Ghagwal Under the able guidance of the principal of the college, Dr. Sujata Slathia, a suggestion box for the Nasha Mukti Abhiyan was installed in the college premises. The principal appointed Dr. Vani Awasthi, Assistant Professor in English, as the nodal officer for NCORD for the college. Dr. Slathia educated the students about Nasha Mukti Abhiyaan and encouraged them to be a part of the program wholeheartedly as this is for the betterment of the society as a whole. She also told the students that by suggesting a name of any of their college-mates who are into any kind of intoxication, they would only be helping that person. She added that we have to approach this problem with a positive attitude of helping others to come out of this quagmire. Dr. Slathia endorsed the point that stern action would be taken against anyone who misguides the students and takes them in a wrong direction. A committee was also framed in which Prof. Ramzan Ali, Dr. Rajni Bala, Dr. Deepika Sharma and Dr. Sushma Gupta alongwith nodal officer Dr. Vani Awathi, would keep a keen eye on any mischievous happening in the college pertaining to this matter.
