Red Ribbon Club GDC, Ghagwal Organizes Lecture on Prevention of HIV AIDS Today on 20-02-2023, Red Ribbon Club Govt. Degree College Ghagwal Organized a Lecture on Prevention of HIV AIDS today in the college premises. Dr. Liza, Incharge Medical Officer at AH Ghagwal, graced the occasion and enlightened the students and the staff of the college about the life threatening disease that is HIV AIDS. She informed that if the right measures are taken then this can be prevented, as there is no other cure for this disease. She stressed on the notion that “precaution is better than cure”. The students had participated in a poster making competition and slogan writing competition. Arman Mehta, Rajbir Singh and Bunty Sharma were adjudged third, second and first respectively in Poster Making competition. Prakriti Jasrotia, Ram Gutti and Bharti Lalotra were adjudged third, second and first respectively in Slogan Writing competition. The trophies were given by the Chief Guest Dr. Sujata Slathia and Guest of Honor Dr. Liza. The students participated whole-heartedly in the lecture and the competition.
